Pawmallow Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pawmallow, we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached (if applicable)

To request a return, please email pawmallowpets@gmail.com: with

  • Your order number 
  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
